Philosophy of Design
- Communication through mediums that convey messages a different way than simply vocally or written.
- Compilation of visuals to evolve into concepts that interact to create a more stimulating message.
- Visually translating our world.
- Combining practical problem solving with inner inspiration to reach a goal.
Strengths
- Organized (time management, natural planner)
- Great people skills (intuitive when talking to clients, patient, friendly, social)
- Word-picture messages (considers both images and type interaction to create a message)
- Problem solver (explores multiple solutions to arrive at the best option and finds mistakes to be a valuable part of the design process)
- Typography
- Concepts
Weaknesses
- Illustration (adequate knowledge with the software but not the best with creating animals, figures, etc.)
- Content (I have a hard time coming up with my own, but if someone gives it to me I can run with it)
- Color (I always pick the same ones. I understand color theory but I always subconsciously pick colors that I like personally, not ones that will work for the design the best.)
